how about the quality of the bag?is it good or durable?

This is a very good product. The bag is made out of heavy duty canvas and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

How wide is the meat cleaver pouch? My cleaver blade is 4 1/8 inches wide.

If one put meat cleaver at end of the row..the Velcro opens to about 6 inches..more. So, yes you could accommodate it...

Will there be any chance that the knives will damage other knives when rolled up?

No, my Grandson uses this everyday and it works very well. The knives need to stay in slots when rolled.

I would like to know if the shouder strap is adjustable

Yes it is adjustable or if you like you can change it with a duffle bag strap as well
