Use it for jacuzzi epsom and sea salt baths after x-country ski work outs as a mild analgesic. Read that a major league sports trainer recommended it for his athletes in their post workout salt baths with dissolved aspirin. Seems to help recovery.

I use this product anytime I have a bruise, it’s miraculous for that, heals bruises super fast. I also use it on a knee I injured in a fall, it helped heal it initially and whenever it acts up on me I rub in the arnica morning and night and it’s better in 1-3 days. I make sure I always have it around.

When I was a child my mom used arnica extract for any kind of bruise.The stuff is almost magical. I was somewhat of a tomboy growing up and always had some kind of black and blue spots, fell off my bike, tripped over my skates, got hit by a ball, slid down a ladder - whatever, lol. It always made it better.When I took my dog to the vet to get his shots he wound up with a big lump in his shoulder.Soaked a washcloth in warm water, sprinkled some drops on it , rubbed in it in ,rinsed it - no more lump.It works great for bruises and bumps - I love the stuff. Am so glad I could find it in the U.S., this stuff works wonders.However if you have an open wound or a laceration- I would NOT recommend it ( common sense!).

After breaking my nose and getting 2 black eyes (and I mean BLACK), I used this oil. Within one week, there is barely any bruising at all. Immediately started to drain the area of color. I had similar results with a badly sprained ankle a year ago. Use this and let the healing begin!

Arnica oil was recommended to me years ago as I was prepping for some surgery. My friend that recommended it told me that it would work wonders on the soreness afterwards. She was so right! I use it for every little ache and soreness now, and am on my second or third bottle. Love how it takes the soreness away without resorting to Rx or OTC pain relievers.

This is a staple in my health care. After a day of gardening, exercise or hiking there are always aches. Rub the arnica and the pain slowly minimizes allowing you to get a good nights rest. My husband had been experiencing back pain from sitting at his desk for extended lengths of time, I gave his back a rub down with the Arnica and he too was sold on it. I have been using this brand for years.

This oil is AMAZING! I already use Arnicare cream for my arthritis. I recently purchased this oil and add a few drops to the cream when I rub it in. The cream already worked well for me. But this oil absolutely enhances the effectiveness of the cream. I love it!!

it's ok not as strong as I would have liked
