Amazing!
This foot brace is absolutely amazing! I bought this for my right foot because I’m currently dealing with neuropathy due to COVID and also because I have drop foot. July of 2021 a specialist doctor told me I needed to get a custom foot brace that cost $3,000 which I couldn’t even afford so I put things on hold. COVID left me temporary disabled that I couldn’t drive for a year and a half I had no feeling on my feet, toe's and I still don’t have much but have recovered some. So I was desperately trying to find away to have some brace that was economical and would help just like a expensive one would. So after searching for months now I came across this one and saw great reviews that I said let me give this a try see if it will give me support and possibly drive again and omg let me tell you it was the best decision I’ve made and I’m super happy I did. I’m back driving and I get support on my ankle and I’m walking better and the best part driving again something that I waited so long. Im definitely ordering more because I’m sure with time it will lose its grip on the attaching part but yes I do recommend this 100 percent.

GAME CHANGER! Excellent with shoes!!!
UPDATE- After talking to my therapist I tried this product with shoes. AMAZING!!! I am much more stable and I feel like I can start walking maybe even jogging again! While it’s not helpful (for me) barefoot the improvement of my walking is a game changer!!!! Original - I had high hopes for this product- unfortunately the buckle closure cannot be adjusted enough to take my foot out of the “drop” position. Honestly I love the low profile and how soft and lightweight it is. Sadly the comfort is useless if the product doesn’t help keep my foot raised. Out of fairness, I’m taking it to my Physical therapist perhaps he can figure out a work around. If so I’ll update.

Works great, but with modifications
I had my tibialis anterior as well as the rest of my anterior compartment fully removed, cannot lift my foot or toes whatsoever for the rest of my life. Been using these for about 8 months now ever since I started walking again, and they work GREAT for me, able to work my old job which involves standing, walking, and lifting things all day. Can go for long walks, hike, squat, all types of things that were supposed to be possible. BUT, while it works great for me, it doesn't work great the way they suggest using it. If you only use the strap with the laces clip when you have shoes on, it's far too low on your ankle to lift your foot properly... And if you try to set it higher, it slides down. The way I found to solve this issue and keep it higher up my shin so that it actually holds my foot up, is by taking the portion that's supposed to go around your foot when you're barefoot, and applying that to my leg right above my shoe, then setting the one with the clip ABOVE that and clipping it my laces, that was it stays at a higher position more easily because the other strap is below it holding it up. Though it still slides from this position a bit, it can be solved by wrapping your ankle in gauze (you can find gauze on Amazon for like a dollar per roll) that way both the botton and top strap stick in place better, keeping the attachment point high and therefore your foot fully elevated to 90°. Just don't wrap the gauze too tight and cut off circulation to your foot. Like I said, I'm able to do a lot of things with this product I otherwise wouldn't be able to, and do them well and essentially pain free. BUT, only when used as I describe. Good luck, it gets easier, don't give up if you have drop foot and let it prevent you from doing things, keep working.

Just not for me
I really thought this would be able to work for my drop foot. However it does not support my toes like I need them to. So I return them due to the fact that I cannot really use it. The adjustability seems to be perfect the fit was nice the material is very nice and the velcro seems to work very well.

So extremely happy 😃
I love this brace! I first tried another version of this w/ the Velcro instead of the buckle and it proved to not last very long. Once I found this one with the buckle that was a game changer!! So far has lasted I’ve for over a year. The Velcro around the ankle is just now starting to show some signs of where with the strap that goes around that holds it in place just fine.. I have foot drop due to nerve damage from hip surgery I originally bought this type about 4 yrs ago when my son who also has foot dropped due to MS was not able to drive a car with the rigid AFOs. If he does a lot of walking, he brings both the ankle brace for driving the rigid AFO for a long-term walking. He gets a slight more support with the AFO for walking. So it was a no brainer for me to try it and I absolutely love it. I to have a rigid glide AFO that I like, but not for driving or short outings We’ve gained freedom and independence using this brace! It lasts longer than the other brand I was using with just Velcro. I have already purchased about 8 of them so they’re already on various shoes ready to go! I am now gonna try the one you can wear barefoot as I love to be barefoot and I wanna go to the beach. I think this may help me achieve that goal, after reading somebody else’s review! Super excited!!

Didn't lift foot, customer support doesn't respond
I followed the instructions to make this brace even tighter and still could not get my foot to stay flat without manually forcing it into that position. When I contacted Dosh for help, including sending them pictures of how I had it strapped and the fact that both of my feet were stuck in plantar flexion despite setting the brace up with them held at 90°, I received no response. The fact that this didn't work at all, while a $10 ankle brace from a drug store that isn't even meant for drop foot helps at least some of the time is ridiculous.

Comfortable
I have tried other drop foot AFOS with hard plastic sides. This brace is much more comfortable. Nice that it can be worn to walk without a shoe. Velcro is strong. Support is very good. Adjustment is a bit difficult. Just takes getting used to. Good value. Seems very durable. Very glad I ordered it.

Works if you can get it on.
Once you can finally get it on it works ok. Using it without a shoe is nearly impossible to get on as the foot sleeve wrap starts and ends at the bottom of your foot, as does the additional velcro strap. This makes it very difficult to do unless you are a yogi. It looks simple but is not. Maybe barefoot without a sock on would make it easier to get on and slide to position, but that limits functionality and comfort.

Not effective, didn't lift my foot
It isn't worth the high price at all.

Not worth the money
fiddly to get on and off, ten minutes of messing around and could not feel any benefit. If you have muscle weakness in your hands you will find the plastic device on the front hard to use. Plus how long is the velcro going to last before you need to replace them - probably a few months at best.

Missing piece
The posting shoes two pieces but the delivery package has only one piece. The purpose of this was to use it barefoot but that is not possible without the underfoot piece.
