Looks like a great tool for steam buns (banh bao)
I purchased this utensil for making Vietnamese steam buns or known as banh bao. I really don't know how it would turn out because I haven't use this utensil as yet. My experience with the transaction and the seller was great. It was delivered on time and in a new condition. The utensil looks sturdy and I hope it will produce great banh bao shape when I do use it. I also like that it comes in two sizes. Average size and a small size for the steam buns making. YMN YMN

Vietnamese bao cooking mold
A lot of money, it works ok, even after pressing ing mold, the bun loses mold impression when steamed, doesn't hold shape or mold imprint
