Great stuff and California grown
This garlic is wonderful. Strong fresh flavor, pure ingredients, and appreciate that it is grown in California and not China like so much garlic is. Lasts a long time in the fridge.

School Bus blues.... Worked well on my colds from the kids
I was employed on a school bus with frequent sick kids sneezing and spraying. You know what little walking Petri dishes of germs school kids are. In order to combat frequent colds and upper respiratory infections, I made a garlic tea of this product. It helped keep me working. It is also delicious to add to food, and has an intense aroma of freshness. Viva la garlic!!!

Great garlic taste! Easy to use!
If you love to cook and love garlic you definitely need this garlic. While I do say nothing can replace fresh garlic this garlic is a very close second. I use it in marinade, salad dressing, sauces. Make super garlic bread . It’s easy to use . So if you’re not into chopping fresh but love garlic this is for you.

Best way to use garlic other than fresh
Best crushed garlic out there. Can't find it in local stores anymore. So glad Amazon has it. Use it in so many dishes. Lasts a long time in refrigerator

BEWARE SOY OIL
I ran 20 restaurants in 25 years, and taste something very nasty in this product. First of all it leaked into the packaging, which means there was food product on the jar. Second, I tasted a nasty SOY in the product. And I never tasted any olive oil. Due to the exterior smell, this product should not be allowed to be sold. Never in 25 years in the restaurant business did I ever receive a jar that smelled like the product before opening. Now my mail box smells like garlic.

Product came with open/unsealed lid.
Package came with lid opened, threw it away just in case. Fast delivery, good price. -1 star for having to throw it away.
