I'm an SPF snob. For years I only used korean SPF brands. Eventually, I transitioned to Supergoop and love it. It's gentle on my sensitive skin, has a light, fresh scent, or no scent, and doesn't FEEL like a sunscreen.Unicorn Snot hits all those marks AND THEN ADDS GLITTER ON TOP OF IT.Genuinely, I'm obsessed. The glitter is the perfect size to be noticeable and flattering while not looking like you just rolled around a preschooler's art project. The texture is IDEAL. It absorbs quickly, the glitter is small and doesn't leave the SPF feeling gritty, it has a VERY light and subtle scent, and it works!I wore this to work a Pride event; it was around 100 degrees all day, and I was there for about eight hours. I used this generously on my body and reapplied often. At the hottest point of the day, I did do an application with my usual Supergoop since it's a little stronger.And I did not have even a HINT of a sunburn! I'm so fair, most makeup companies don't make foundation light enough for me. And I was diligent about reapplying, and did rotate in a stronger SPF, but I'm honestly shocked I didn't get even a little red. This SPF helped keep me safe from the sun through hours of sweating, and I stayed sparkly and shimmery all day long! Once it dries down, the glitter/shimmer doesn't transfer. I haven't found any glitter multiplying on my stuff. And it didn't irritate my hyper-sensitive skin.This is my new go-to SPF (for body; I haven't tried it on my face). The price is right, and it's fun and flattering without crossing into campy, silly, or tacky. I'm a Unicorn Snot convert!

I was pleasantly surprised by this sunscreen. It feels really good and melts into your skin really nicely leaving you glowy and protected. I bought it to wear during a music festival and not only did I not get sunburned but I also didn't smell like typical sunscreen. And I would have loves more shimmer because the glitter is subtle but I'm guessing that's because it's plant-based / bio degradable. I might have to try the unicorn snot glitter spritz for the extra sparkle.

Perfection. I ordered this as a reef safe option for a recent trip...but mostly because it was glittery and I was in "it's totally ok to spend money if it's for travel" mode.I didn't expect to fall in love with it!Reef-safe sunscreens are expensive in comparison with standard store sunscreens, but they're also more environmentally friendly. Yes, it's only 4.5 fl. oz., but it lasted me longer than a spray sunscreen I bought a few months ago.Pros:- Moisturizing- Shimmery (not glittery, its a delicate shine/shimmer)- Water resistant- Reef Safe (per Hawaii Act 104)- A little goes a long way!Cons:- None

I love this stuff, it smells pleasant (like and similar to most suntan lotions) but it’s CUTE! Extra bonus, my 8 year old niece (who tolerates getting slathered in SPF bc that’s just part of life) is ALL ABOUT THIS STUFF. She was ready to put on Unicorn Snot in order to go to bed (we waited until the next day at my request), who doesn’t want to glitter?!?! It’s a little pricey for a pretty small (4.5oz) tube but it was worth it. Would 1,000% buy this as a fun little gifty, and if you’re buying gifts for your kids to give to other kids, this solves all of THOSE gift giving hassles, buy a few, stick them on the shelf in a gift bag and check that problem off your list!! I had such high hopes for this sunscreen, and for the most part it delivered. Where things went wrong was on reapplying. I got the lotion and when I reapplied after the recommended 80 min of being in and out of the ocean, I was covered in weird blue grains. It kind of reminded me of how sweaters sometimes pill after washing/wearing. I'm fair skinned and burn easily, so not reapplying isn't an option for me. Will definitely use for shorter times in the sun, but probably won't be in the rotation for full days because the blue grainy things were annoying. (They were small, you couldn't see them from far away, but I could feel them when I was reapplying, and they were visible up close)

I loved the sparkle this provided but was skeptical that it would really work as a sunscreen. Well I spritzed up and we headed to EPCOT for the day. I had low expectations but this stuff really works! I had just the slightest bit of color on my upper chest area after 5-6 hours walking around EPCOT! Now, we did seek some shade whenever we could but it was impossible to avoid getting a lot of sun during our 2 days at Disney World. Just really pleased with this product and how well it worked!!!! Highly recommended!
