Works great even with a drain!
When my husband got a drain put in his abdomen, the hospital barely gave us any supplies to comply with their directions so I was so glad to find these good quality affordable medical sponges & fast delivery.They are absorbent & they donโt stick to the skin & leave debris behind so it keeps the area clean & healthy. They are perfect to completely go under a surgical bandage (whatever theyโre actually called) so helps to keep the area dry, protected & clean. They may be a little more expensive than the cut/make your own plain sponges but itโs so worth it! Itโs wonderful to actually have the correct medical supplies - itโs made changing his dressing SO MUCH easier, faster & less painful. I highly recommend!

perfect for what it is used for around a drain
they are 2 inches and after bandaging around a drain tube, probably could use a 3 inch if they made them. No problem with this product

Gave them 5 stars because they were a good value and worked okay. I just meant to buy 4x4 instead of 2x2s. Lol!!! My fault. Otherwise good product and arrived very fast and packaged well.
