Hi Sara ... I can't speak about this vendor (Van_Pelt) ... I purchased this series on Amazon from Stuart Katz Stamp and Coin for $11.45 ... Katz has a web site and can be found on Amazon ... I've had mostly good luck with his stamps. Re: this series, Scott Catalog Value (CV) for Very Fine grade is approximately $19.00. Stamp companies often charge 2-3 times CV. Finally, the website Stamporama is a fun site ... they have auctions, buy-it-now, and approvals. If you're patient you might find something listed their a very competitive price. Happy hunting.
