Hood Shock Struts Lift Supports Compatible with Dodge Ram 02-10

Went to do maintenance on Dodge Ram, opened the hood and it came straight back down. Bought these and they swapped out in a couple of minutes. Though they were bad, but they're so strong I just had to pull harder to get the hood down. Guess I was use to old worn out ones.

I installed the A-Premium Hood Lift Supports on my Dodge Ram 1500 a few years ago, and they’ve been fantastic ever since. From the moment I put them on, they’ve worked exactly as advertised—providing smooth, reliable support every time I pop the hood. The installation process was straightforward and hassle-free, even for someone who isn’t a professional mechanic. Once installed, they immediately held the hood up securely, giving me the confidence to work under it without worrying about sudden slippage. What’s impressed me most is their durability. Even after years of use, they’re just as strong and smooth as the day I installed them. Whether I’m doing routine maintenance or showing something under the hood, these struts have proven to be a dependable upgrade. If you’re looking for a cost-effective, reliable replacement for your Dodge Ram 1500’s hood supports, these are an excellent choice. They’ve exceeded my expectations in both performance and longevity, and I’d recommend them to anyone needing a solid solution.

Works great. Out with the old squeegee to hold the hood up and in with these fantastic new gas struts. Perfect to keep the hood open on the ol Dodge when it breaks down for the 50th time.

Easy to install and work perfectly on my 2009 dodge ram 2500. As a lady with little mechanical experience am impressed how simple it was to install this replacement product. I did utilize the internet for instructions.
