I purchased this towel warmer less than a month ago for my spa business, and from the very first time I plugged it in, it gave off a strong burning smell. I hoped it would stop after the first use, but unfortunately, the issue has only gotten worse. Every time I open it, the burning scent is still there. It clearly seems to have an electrical fault and is not functioning as it should. This is extremely disappointing and concerning, especially for a professional setting. I shipped this product to my spa in Jamaica, and now that the return window is closed, I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work and could be a potential fire hazard. This is not a cheap or disposable item — I expected it to last and perform safely. I’m kindly requesting a refund or replacement, because this is not just an inconvenience — it’s a safety issue. Please take this matter seriously.
