I bought this and kept it because of how pretty and simple it is. However the bottom is terrible and it doesn't work well to organize at all, unless you glue the compartment slides to the bottom. Once you do that, it works great. Otherwise, the makeup just slides around after you spent time organizing it. I am really glad I had some gorilla glue around- now I love it. What I did was put glue on the bottom of the long main divider and the side of it. I let that set. Then I only glued the top of the other smaller compartments, and it worked great.

The largest, customizable storage compartment won't hold if you don't have at least 3 mini dividers in place. This thing would never hold a standard hair dryer or curling iron, so be prepared for that. Also, my straightener just BARELY fit. It's a pink Walmart conair infinity pro

I love this bag mainly because it is huge and I can fit all my cosmetics in it and I still have a whole top compartment that I haven't even used yet. I have not traveled with it yet but it helps me keep everything organized and easy to find when I do my makeup. It has lots of room for makeup brushes. The compartment separators are good in that you can organize things but I think they should make those to fit more securely so they dont move around minor issue in my book but I otherwise love everything about this bag and I keep all my makeup in it all the time so that its out of the way when Im not using it. Money well spent in my opinion.

1. The main problem is the bottom of the bag is soft and gives, so when you pick it up everything shifts and moves around. Items actually move underneath the dividers. It wasn't full or heavy either.2. The dividers do not fit tight and stay straight in the slots. Because the sides of the bag are not very hard, you really can't put the dividers in any slot you want. They fall out.It looked great out of the package. Unfortunately, I bought this a few weeks before my vacation trip and by the time I put my cosmetics in it and discovered these issues it was too late to return it.

What did I like. The color. Dislike. It was clearly a returned, already used item. Yuk. I've been cleaning off the dirt inside and out. It has makeup residue inside, and stains on a strap inside and outside on the top and front. I am pretty shocked that Amazon would sell this as new! Also the inside configuration is not at all what is shown on the site. Came with nothing, as far as paperwork, how to use the accessories to make dividers in the spaces. I'm trying to decide if I want to bother to return, and hope for a new one.

i love the case, but the dividers leave something to be desired. they do not stay put and move all the time. I ended up using plastic drawer inserts that i could cut to fit. now its an awesome travel case for everything.

My 15 year old niece loves doing hair and is considering it as a career. I saw this Bag and thought what a great Christmas present filled with beauty tools and hair accessories.The color is so grown up; more of a blush than pink. I love that the sections in the bottom can be customized. The quality is great and the price is lower compared to what I have seen in the stores and this one can be customized….

I am disappointed. The bag is gorgeous. Love the stitching. The zippers are smooth. However, there is absolutely no stability to the bottom of this bag. The dividers do not stay up or in the grooves. When you add makeup and pick it up from the handle the bottom sags and the makeup shifts under the dividers. There is also no way a straightener, brush or other hair tools would fit in the top compartment and you still be able to zip it closed.
