It makes a huge difference! My mental clarity and focus are remarkably impoverished elegant I take this. I take ADD meds and without these my focus is all over the place. Perimenopausal brain fog is real y’all. I have purchased these supplements twice now because I feel like they help me. With 5 kids, I struggle to stay on top of everything and remember everything for everyone. With reminders on my cell phone and taking this daily, I feel like I am sharp as a tack again. I can focus and remember things. I haven’t had any side effects or noticed a weird taste. The best part is the kids can’t sneak stuff past me anymore 🤣.

I laugh when I walk past the aisles of "herbal medicines". I snark at people who have supplements lined up in their kitchen to take on a daily basis. I scoff at products not approved by the FDA. I said ABSOLUTELY NOT when it was mentioned that I should try this product. First of all, I have MS. Second of all, I changed my diet to a plant-based diet to help improve my quality of life several months ago. I was doing much better. The garbage that is processed food - well, we are just poisoning our health IMO. So, why bother with Lion's Mane if I am doing better? Because I wanted help with nerve support. I wanted memory support and I wanted the beneficial effects alleged by this mushroom. Most of all, I was under pressure from my spouse to give this product a try based on his research. I finally succumbed to the pressure. I couldn't wait to tell him that this product was garbage and that it did nothing for me. I took a capsule (just one) each day. I was so eager to laugh in his face and jab at him repeatedly how he had wasted our money. I was crafting my put-downs in my mind. My sarcasm was crushed with the results. I was simply, plainly wrong. For someone who got up at 7 in the morning, I was typically exhausted by 1 pm. After a few days of this Lion's Mane, I was doing jumping jacks at 2 am. And I don't even like jumping jacks given my large bosom! But I just felt............fantastic! I am energized, focused, clear-minded, feeling positive. And let me tell you, I am renovating the house and feeling down about events in the world so it is not like I am in some happy place. We are asked here on Amazon Reviews to give honest feedback and that is all I can offer you. I only know one thing: I don't want to live without this product.

I got completely off ADHD medications in high school because they frankly were not working. I've tried all of them at varying milligrams with horrid side effects. Fought the condition for another 10 years without any help until I started seeing products like this became more available. Today, I do have some occasional flare ups with ADHD and this is one of my go-to supplements. For me personally, I have tested it by taking it alone and with combinations of other supplements to find the best results. It's been worth at least trying. Some days I don't notice it working at all but the trick is to keep going like with anything in life. Whether you try this yourself or are buying it for someone to try for ADD/ADHD, keep in mind it obviously depends on the individual person for how well it works and how it metabolizes in the body. It could be a few days or a couple of weeks before noticing results. It might have to be combined with other things to get full effect. Do your research too like I did. Hope you find this helps. Don't give up finding what works for you.
