This washing machine drain hose worked perfectly! It was easy to install and fit my washer exactly as needed. The material feels durable and flexible, making it easy to position without any problems. This thing worked like a gem. I got a ventless washer dryer all in one for a condo that had water lines but no vent to exterior. So anyway the drain line was originally a hole from the laundry “closet” where the water heater is and the washer lines into the opposing wall bathroom shower. So the whole was filled with grout or whatever on the tile side and a patch on drywall side. My washer line is 1”. The outlet side of this extender is 1” a perfect match with the included white sleeve coupler. So I drilled a 11/8” hole through the grout hole in tile wall thinking I was going to insert the drain hose into the step down connection and out into the shower with the 1” side. But when I drilled the hole all the plaster or grout whatever crumbled because the actual hole was about 2.5” around. So I drilled a 1 1/4” hole and slid the extender in backwards until the step down seated into the hole and stuck out of the tile like an inch and created by itself a relatively sealed nice tight drain spout that held firm right away like snug. Now there was void around the spout exit and the tile due to the hole size so I just siliconed it in and it is permanent. Then I just connected the two 1” drain lines together with the included yellow y clamps and done. Also siliconed the drywall side.This hose for me worked way better than I had anticipated. Didn’t have to cut or anything and didn’t use the u clamp wall bracket it came with. O btw it’s not like the greatest plastic but it’s fine. Little thin but for the cost and outcome wow. Thx!

Using this hose as a water heater discharge hose on the overflow, fairly easier to use with the wingnut heads on the adjustable hose clamps, the fit can be adjusted quite easily and fits pipe circumference 1 1/2 inches which fit on utility pumps so water can be discharged without leaking or spraying out of the corrugated the only thing I didn't like is that the measurements are cm and not what most people are used to in inches. Not all parts of this hose are the same as the silicone feel of the heads hose the rest feels like ridged hard plastic that may not last long.

This was exactly what I was searching for as a dehumidifier drain hose. My basement portable dehumidifier is just over 20 feet from my sump pump. I recently purchased a new dehumidifier and its hose connector was only threaded on top but was smooth on the bottom. The dehumidifier manufacturer informed me this allows for a variety of drain hose connections. I prefer to attach a garden hose and drain it directly into the sump pump, but due to this dehumidifier hose connector I could not get a tight seal and water dripped into the collection bucket which had to be emptied every week to 10 days. Not a big deal, but sometimes I travel and am not home to empty the bucket and the dehumidifier cuts off. The HLMOptimo 23 Feet Universal Washing Machine Drain Hose solves this problem. It has a slightly larger diameter than a standard garden hose, is long and flexible enough to reach the distance between my dehumidifier and the sump pump drain. I cut the drain hose at the 9/10" (2.4cm) diameter and it gave me a snug fit over the dehumidifier drain hose connector. I used one of the handy, included, caterpillar type clamps to tighten and keep the hose in place. I recommend this hose for anyone who might have a similar issue with draining their dehumidifier.

This is not a washer drain hose. They should be 1 1/2 to 2” in diameter and this tiny microscopic thing is only 3/4” wide. What is this even for?

It really is small size for small flow. Length is good.

Misleading information about the product. I received the hose only, no clamp, no U-bent holder. Also, it doesn't fit standard 1/2 " pipe. Disappointed.

I just got this in the mail and it's missing pieces? The Description says 4 cramps, and adapter connector etc.. and it came with the hose and ONE clamp. That's it, where's the rest??I will be returning for a refund.
