Question 1

Can a teenager use this product

Accepted Answer

Greetings Dear Customer,
Thank you for writing to us!

Yes, it is safe for teenagers. Although we do not recommend using it unnecessarily. You can first use cold-pressed oils to control hair fall like - Onion & Pepper Oil, later if there are no results with cold-pressed you can go for Hair Vitalizer.

Question 2

Can we massage after applying the vitalizer

Accepted Answer

I don't think so coz it's not ana oil it's a vitalizer and u can apply it by parting your scalp to reach each part of scalp and it's better effective if u would just apply it and not by rigorous message as it damage the scalp and makes roots weaker so just apply it before going to bed

Question 3

I have bought it second time but found some different smell in second packed than my previous & 1st packed? Is it normal or not? Please answer

Accepted Answer

Greetings!
Dear Customer,
As for the color,  the products are natural, colors and fragrances vary and are not the same as it depends on the ingredients. Usually for Vitalizers produced in winter, they are more towards the translucent side and summer batches are more milky. This is because of the fact that lotus stem isn’t fully bloomed in the winter months and the produce we get is translucent, different from summers & the same is for many other ingredients. The same is with the fragrance it depends on the flower harvest and bloom. The product is the same and 100% natural.
