How much does the material flex during movements?

It’s super squishy and is very difficult to maintain balance and poses as there is not enough support. It’s like trying to do yoga in a bounce house.

Does this mat wear and tear from feet doing exercises like mountain climbers etc. ?

Mine literally tore from being stepped on. It is not very sturdy and I would not use it as an exercise mat.

Can it be folded into half?

Its flexible enough to be folded in half but I wouldn’t recommend it because you would create a crease that could rip the mat over time

My mom is requesting a new yoga mat for Christmas because the one she has “squeaks” lol Does anyone happen to know if this one is noisy or quiet

Perfectly quiet. No squeaks at all. I have to add that the mat is very firm. If that’s what you want then I think you’ll be happy.
