A little pricey, but love the texture and flavor of this bread. Also the brioche gluten free bread which makes amazing French toast or bread pudding.

I was put on a no wheat diet so I tried this bread. The taste was not bad but it was flaky and came apart. I will look for this at a traders Joe to see if it is better.

It tastes OK but is made with canola oil, which is not so healthy, and falls apart very easily. Taste OK.

Crumbly, over cooked on top and sides, but under cooked on the bottom, so not fluffy and pliable. Taste is fine, but I could not take a bite without it falling apart into a pile of crumbs! The loaf size is VERY small for the price they charge, and the poor quality of the baking process. I have had way better allergen friendly bread for less cost, and if I could buy it with ebt online I would. 2 thumbs down, I cannot recommend this gluten free bread.

This is the best bread I’ve ever had! Especially being gluten free! I was surprised though with the $10.00 shipping fee I wasn’t paying attention when I ordered it. That being said it is an excellent product and coming from New York it’s worth it!

I am NOT gluten free but my mom is. I found this bread for her and then I tasted it and now I’m a customer as well. The oat bread has just a hint of sweetness and it’s just the best ever. Ham sandwiches, toast, nut butter sandwiches…. Just the best.
