I have been using this product for 3 months 5 or 6 mornings a week. I no longer long for my morning coffee.. kind of just choke it down until I mix up this pre workout. Just the right amount of caffeine to get you going and engaged. The tingles are light and enjoyable. There is no crash! I begin working out at 330 am and work until 5pm, in bed by 7pm. I have never had this supplement make me feel like I need more caffeine throughout the day. All three flavors are excellent! I receive this on a subscription basis and I would suggest it to anyone who wants an effective pre work out supplement!

I tried Eboost after hearing Jillian Michael's recommendation for it on a podcast. I previously was having a hard time getting a workout routine going. I would be so exhausted after a work out it would be days before I worked out again. I started with a half scoop 20 minutes before a workout, and a determination to get on a routine. I gradually went up to a full scoop. I can honestly say I don't remember the full transition. What I do know is from barely able to do a mile in the beginning, I am now up to 60 minute workouts with hiit cardio and weights. I am able to take Eboost on an empty stomach with no stomach upset. It helped me get on a workout routine, and now it helps me get the most out of my workout, pushing a bit more each time. The Recovery powder has also made a big difference on days when I push too hard and feel my muscles are going to be sore. The Recovery reduces or eliminates that muscle soreness so I can get to my next workout quicker. As for the taste, I like all the flavors of Eboost. The Recovery watermellon is ok, not fantastic, but worth drinking for the results!

I have been using this product for a few months and love the nice boost it gives me for my workouts. It gives me a little tingle on my lips and face, sometimes fingers, but never leaves me feeling jittery and no hard crash. It fizzes quite a bit when you first add water, so I have to let it settle for 1-2 minutes before drinking. The flavor is pretty tasty, and I love that there are no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners.

I like the flavor and that it has clean ingredients but it is very foamy if you mix too much and I still get jittery while taking it.

When I tell you this will get you right! It will get you right! I take it 15 minutes before my HIT class and it keeps me going with super powers lol. You may feel tingly on your face but I call it activation tingles ( it's the amino acids).

This is a little weird tasting at first but have kinda grown to like it. Has a good pump, good energy during workouts.

Love this product! Definitely enhances energy and endurance to get through my workouts! Has clean ingredients as well I would recommend this product
