Have wanted one for a while, I previously had a more usual striker with the plug in cord and useless, frustrating cutting wire. I had seen the reviews for these and finally decided to purchase. So so pleased, well worth the money, the reviews were correct, it is lightweight, powerful with long lasting battery life. It’s easy to change the cutting blades, and can be adjusted easily. So pleased with it, would recommend.

Great product and we'll made. However, the plastic cutters do not last long.

I really like GTech products: good quality at a decent price. This is my second strimmer and I have a few spare batteries so I do quite a large area at one go. My only issue is that the plastic blades break far too often. I have to carry a pocket full of spare blades whenever I’m using the strimmer. But overall it’s a good product for the price. I have bought cheap blades in the past but they are rubbish. Use genuine GTech blades.

Didn't work on second arrempt

Very good grass strimmer easy to assemble and plenty of battery life, this replaces my old corded strimmer and is a lot easier to use, good purchase for the sale price paid, plastic trimming blades much easier to replace than the old wire system, recommended

Gtech trimmer does what it says on the box it's light and great

It's ok. It does the job.... just. It is fairly flimsy compared to the more expensive machines, it is not so powerful and a little slower, which is noticeable. You will need to get a good supply of the cutters. We broke 4 in one cut. They supplied 20 with the machine, but luckily I had ordered another 50 - just in case. Will definitely need them. On the plus side, it is very light to use.

This product is light weight because it is so cheaply made. The trimmer shield falls off continually and has to be reattached. The trimmer blades also tend to fall off and only good for one trimming. Since this company is located in the United Kingdom, ordering an additional battery or additional trimmer blades is impossible. When you go online to the company and search for the product, their response is that they cannot deliver to my location. Not a good product if you want durability and long-term use. At this point, I'm considering returning the product.

The battery dies very fast and takes a long time to charge. Better off with a manual metal one.

Trigger lock/ ignition quit working after one use. Seller and Amazon giving me the runaround about an exchange or refund

Don't last long and takes 4 hours to recharge. And can get another battery.
