Best microwave so far
Love it. Very spacious microwave..quiet when heating your food. Opening was different side button which needs to be held with front button.. cleaning is easy.. recommend this one

Very quiet, easy to operate, sleek design, what else is there?
Read a lot of reviews on microwaves before settling on this model to replace my ten yr old GE. Didn't want too many preset settings, browning top, convection , etc..this one fit the bill and was well liked generally..in fact it operates just like my old one so there's no learning curve. It's white inside, which I like, although the light only comes on when it is cooking..can live with that.. As far as hitting the power button multiple times to get the desired power, as some reviews mentioned, does any one really cook at 20%?? I generally use 70-80%.. so not an issue. I haven't tried the Keep Warm function yet but that mode appeals to me. The best thing I like about it, in addition to its simple functionality, is how quiet it is compared to my old microwave . Even the beeps at the end are quieter. .. the only negatives I have found so far are that it is too small inside for oversized platters, but it handles a large dinner plate just fine, and the defrost function seems to be only for meat, i.e., can't defrost a muffin on auto defrost because it asked for number of pounds. Neither is a big issue for me..I am very happy with the size as I have limited space on my counter. Overall a great choice!

Microwave is so so.
The unit works fine but the key pad is terrible to operate. Hard to get the key pad to function easily. Door doesn’t open enough for clearing your dish or coffee cup out without bumping it and causing a spill.

Well worth the money. Powerful with a lockout option as well
Had to replace the old microwave after many years. Absolutely love the new lock button to where kids can't open it up and take out a hot plate or Bowl. Very much appreciated option here. I wouldn't say it's a space savor, but I will definitely say it's easy to use it's very powerful and the options are fabulous.

Not the newest but just what I wanted.
I had this exact microwave for years and love it. There is no light when you open it, just when it is running. That was something I got used to. I realize they have 'inverter' ones now, but I really wanted the same model since my older folks and I were used to how it works. After searching and seeing a post with a photo, I ordered it. The microwave did come sooner than announced, can't complain about that. Plug it in and works great so far. My older one started the clock count down but the motor and turn table didn't move unless I tapped the counter or held the top of the door shut tight. So not sure if it was just unbalanced or wanting to retire. It's simple to use and if it is anything like the old model, it should be reliable.

Stopped working
I’m honestly shocked by how quickly this Panasonic compact microwave failed. I bought it because Panasonic is known for making reliable appliances, but this has been a huge disappointment. After just 9 months of normal, light household use, the microwave completely stopped working. It doesn’t heat, doesn’t warm, doesn’t even get slightly hot—it’s essentially a dead box taking up counter space. There were no warning signs, no strange noises, no flickering display… it just went from “fine” to “useless” overnight. For a name‑brand product, I expected much better durability. A microwave should last years, not barely three-quarters of one. Now I’m stuck with an appliance that died before even making it to the one‑year mark. What’s worse is that this wasn’t an inexpensive purchase. If I had known it would quit this fast, I would have gone with literally any other brand. Between the poor product lifespan and the inconvenience of suddenly being without a microwave, I can’t recommend this model to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere—this one is not worth the frustration.

DOES have child lock
Looking at the picture, I didn't think this had a child lock (It is for a work site...) but it does. Someone needs to change the picture to the actual front, with the child lock button.

Seems to be pretty good so far.
Replaced 900w microwave. Re-heating times reduced and many cool/cold spots are gone. It will take a while to get used to it. I have been using the microwave steadily for 10 months. There was bubbling over several of the digits and other buttons on the keypad. Chat with Panasonic online support and the problem was identified. A *very* hard-to-remove film was still over the keypad--and that was causing the bubbling. That was why the yellow label at bottom-left of the keypad was still there. I thought that label didn't peel off with the film because I could not otherwise get any of the film to come up until this chat. Was told to attach duct tape over the film and pull it off (yes, it is that firmly attached). Anyway, finally got it off and it looks good. No idea how long the microwave will last, but the numbers and control controls are now easy to read and access. Told the support tech they should put a tab on a corner or an end so people can just tell where to start peeling that protective film off the keypad.

Tenemos años utilizando microondas de Panasonic con excelentes resultados. Aprovechamos mucho la función de tiempo de cocción automática para distintos alimentos "Genius" que tienen. Una mejora es el sistema de cierre de la puerta, es ruidoso.

I have not experienced any WIFI issues with this oven. works as expected.

Lo llevé a reparación por qué de repente ya no encendía. Y me dijeron que por la potencia se había fundido la soldadura y se habían aflojado unos cables. Solo tuvieron que soldarlos de nuevo y listo.
