I used to use the cheapest aluminum foil I could find in stores but ever since I started baking more , I had to get something stronger to avoid scrubbing the oven pans too much . I really love this aluminum foil because of how durable it is !! Very strong and has great coverage as well for my baking pans .

I love these for the sides of the oven. It keeps any food or spices from falling in between that little space . They work great, and if they are too long all you need to do is trim the ends a little.

It’s tin foil, but you can’t do better, imho.

I’ve mainly been using this for cooking over an open fire and it has been excellent for that. The foil is noticeably thicker than standard kitchen foil, so it handles wrapping food, hot coals and rougher outdoor use much better without tearing straight away. What works especially well for me is lining the inside with a good quality baking paper before wrapping everything in the foil. That stops the food from sticking and makes open fire meals much easier to cook and unwrap cleanly afterwards. Potatoes, vegetables and meat have all come out really well using that method. The foil folds tightly, holds its shape and feels much more reliable than ordinary household foil when you are cooking directly around a fire.
