No issues works well

I ordered a refurbished phone (Note 20) from hybrid it. It came in quickly and looked brand new (no scratches or anything), well done to them. Unfortunately the screen stopped working within a few days of getting. It sucks, but things happen. Contacted hybrid it, customer service was prompt and the sent me a new phone in a few days. I need my phone for work, so it hurt business a little, but I had my old broken phone (reason for buying a new one) and we made it work. Got the new phone, it worked for a few days, then the screen on the new phone bricks again. Understand, my phones are always screen protected, in a case, and typically left in a safe place if not in use. The only reason my old phone broke and needed a new one was because I let a customer use it to make a call and the dropped it on a tile floor busting the screen and camera. So I need my phone desperately for work for the next few days and try to contact the seller. No response. Needing a phone ASAP, I decided to go to my local ATT and trade my bricked phone in for a new phone which was super expensive and was trying to avoid. To be fair, when I checked my message on my new new phone there was finally a response, (maybe there was some issue with Amazon chat on my PC), but the representatives messages seemed a little put out that I was contacting them again (context can be hard to interpret though text so who knows, maybe I was just in a bad mood after all that). Either way I had two phone from the seller brick on me in a few weeks and ended up having to spend even more money on another phone just to keep business going (which defeated the purpose of buying the refurbished phone all together). Not saying they are a bad company, and maybe I just drew the short straw, but that was my experience and will now be more skeptical on buying from this hybrid it and refurbished products in the future.

I previously owned a Galaxy note 8 but due to older software was forced to get a more updated app. So I chose this Note 20 since I was already familiar with the size and format. I'm glad I did. It's 5g so it processes much quicker. I think the graphics have greatly improved from my older phone. Most features are similar so it's an easy phone to use. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the battery life is still not up to par with any apple phone. Great value for the price! Update: Ok, 2 weeks after owning this phone there's a few dislikes I have. The first being there's no led light to notify you you have any kind of notification you've missed. You'd think this is basic. Two I HATE the volume being on the right side as opposed to the left. Screen shots are the power and low volume button like before but it's tricky. To restart/ on or off you have to hard press those same buttons. The power button is now the Bixby button no one uses. It's all just odd. Third, the fingerprint is now on the front. With my screen protector which every phone must have, it takes me multiple tries to get in. I'm just not a fan anymore. Screen record is nice but what modern phone doesn't have that now? Anyway, I'd now rate this phone a 6-7/10.

The Phone Is Really Nice And In Flawless condition. Works Excellent with just 1 flaw.. Finger print reader is in a bad spot in the screen.. This Is because with glass screen protector, reader is not functional.. It Can be over looked cause phone has other unlock methods.. Purchased for the wife to replace a Note 8 & She Loves it.. Happy Wife, Happy Life...

Phone was described as in excellent condition, and was mostly correct. Other than some minor scratches near the charging port and a little grime/dust on some areas of the phone (likely due to a phone case) everything is in good condition, no major scratches on the phone itself. Battery seems to be in good condition. Some minor problems Ive had so far: -The included S Pen appears to not have Bluetooth (Ive tried resetting it for air actions with no luck) -The Screen protector that came applied to the phone doesn't support finger print unlock -Not seller's fault, but the phone doesn't support micro SD cards for additional storage Mostly bought this phone for its S pen features, like the air actions, so kinda disappointed it doesn't have that.

Absolutely horrible. "Inspected and grunted to look and work like new" is nothing but bull. I had my phone less than 2 months before being forced to spend another couple hundred dollars on another device because the one I ordered from Amazon was glued together, yes, GLUED together and the battery started go expand thus pushing the backing off the phone and then my ohone would randomly shut off, not hold a charge and it kept getting more frequent and harder to power back on until it just completely kicked the bucket not even 45 days after I received it. A "like new" phone with "80-90%battery life" does NOT start to fall apart within weeks for no known reason. That battery should have been replaced when it was undergoing its "refurbishing" and clearly it was not. Thanks Amazon

Llego como nuevo, con bateria a mas del 80%, sin rallones, ni defectos, pantalla al 90 de vida original, camaras sin daños o defectos, recomendado

Llego antes de la fecha de entrega y a funcionado al 100%

Se va la señal a cada momento, me quedo sin datos, sin señal, el spen no sincroniza y cuando lo hace se desconecta a cada rato. Vivo en el Estado de México y no tengo señal.

Me gusto mucho el equipo, no se traba, el almacenamiento es suficiente y está liberado. El unico detalle es que cuando uso el S Pen se hacen trazos sin siquiera tocar la pantalla, casi no pasa, pero cuando lo hace es un poco molesto. Fuera de ahi, es muy buen teléfono

El estado del cel muy bueno. Solamente incluye un cargador genérico.
