Most likely It Will Not, I think the S240 had two decks, a 42 and 48 width. The following only applies to the 42" deck. The Kit listed on Amazon as GY00115 for $27.98 No Where in the specifications or packaging does it say anything for the S240. However, there is another Amazon listing for a GY00115 for $34.99 that does say applicable for the S240. The pictures are slightly Different for the two GY00115 covers (strap fittings in particular). My guess is the cover for $34.99 Will Fit, the $27.98 will Not.
