Good product, nice flavors
The Gospel is the one, the other one is really peppery. maybe good for beef ribs. They are good seasonings, just not for everything. But quality and will bring in the right flavor on certain dishes. I do sprinkle the gospel on avocado sometimes though.

The holy combo for Brisket !
High quality versatile spices that can be used in more than just beef! I put this stuff on everything and both are great. Not spicy at all and leaves an excellent bark on ribs and brisket. I usually will use a mustard binder then coat liberally with holy cow as base and a bit of gospel added in. My wife used up all the gospel real quick so I’ll be back for more soon.

My favorite tri-tip seasoning!
I cook tri-tip a lot (It actually works well in an air fryer but that's another story). This rub is excellent! I like to leave it on overnight for increased flavor while it's on a rack exposed in the fridge. Better crust!

These are great pantry additions. Try 'em once and I think you'll be happy adding them to your BBQ menu to impress family and friends.

Amazons price is way too high
rub is great but Amazons price is too much! Cheaper at Lowes or Ace hardware.

This will change your game forever.
This stuff is great. Only buy as you need it. After about 30 days it tends to clump up. Use it fresh and makes food taste amazing. I use it on all my meat and eggs. I use it in mac n cheese, on bacon and eggs. I have bought so much of this stuff I should probably get a discount. Maybe I should buy it in buckets for my large events.

Amazing Seasoning
I only use Meat Church seasoning and brines. Matt and his team have perfected the spices and I wish it was locally available to cut down on the delivery times which also is not too bad to be honest.
