Looks an excellent piece of equipment for cleaning at the top of the house and the conservatory, easy to use and set up, very adjustable fo height with good pressure, Good value for money.

Had mine since 2022 still going strong. It is heavy but that's because it's well made not flimsy. I use the small short adjustable nozzle for cleaning the windows as you can adjust the angle to 90 degrees to face straight on to the windows. I have no problems reaching my guttering and sofits to clean.

Simply great product. I have a 2 storey house here in uk. You know the standard sort and used it to clean the guttering and soffits and it did a great job. I found the best thing to do it open up fully and put the rotating jet head on the end that you get with with your karcher. Just be careful of any old soffit vents as I blew a few of them to pieces. Luckily Amazon sells replacement vents too. Lol I also used on my conservatory roof along with the karcher rotating brush. Also purchase from Amazon. The way the gun fixes to this lance is a bit strange but it works. It’s quite heavy so not recommended for weaker or older people.

Great tool,but can get heavy to hold with one hand.found a lot easier if you secure gun trigger to on.this will allow both hands to hold lance.

We have an extension to the rear with roof light windows which I wanted to be able to clean without needing a ladder, plus a bedroom window above which we've had to try and clean from inside previously. This extension pole helps, although I did still need a small stepladder for the bedroom window, but will obviously depend on how far you're trying to reach. The extension pole attaches easily and was able to provide a decent jet of water from the supplied nozzle, so should have good cleaning power. To help clean the windows, I also attached a snow foam cannon which worked as usual. The issue is the weight if you're not using it vertically ie trying to use it over an extension, although you'd want to be at an angle to avoid getting wet, so the issue probably remains. The trigger is right at the bottom of the pole, which is too difficult to hold it from, but if you try and support the pole part way up, it's difficult to reach the trigger. This would be better if it connected directly to the power washer and had it's own trigger part way up, as feels like it will be easier as a two person job in the way it's set up.

Works well with my little K2, but very heavy. Don’t over estimate your strength, this is heavy when extended and should come with a shoulder strap. Then with a brush attached, it looks too heavy for itself: the flexing and creaking become alarming at much past 15 degrees from vertical. However, I got the jobs done for this year and the water output is good, even from my little K2.

Very happy with Karcher products. This is no exception. Good quality build, sturdy. Good reach and does the job as expected. Worth the investment.

Allerdings habe ich noch einen Power Jet (Kärcher Vario Power Jet Short 360° VP 180 S (für K 2 - K 7), Schwarz) dazu gekauft, mit dem ich die Strahlrichtung besser einstellen kann. Das Ergebnis ist fantastisch. Die Handhabung erfordert allerdings etwas Übung und Kraft. Durch das Drehen der Sprührichtung ist eine ordentliche Gegenkraft erforderlich. So hat man gleichzeitig sein tägliches Krafttraining absolviert. Gute, solide Verarbeitung. Einfach einstellbare Arbeitslänge. Zufrieden mit meinem Kauf.

Pues como ha ocurrido con mucha gente, después de los lodos que llovieron en primavera necesitaba una solución para limpiar las partes mas altas de la casa, este extensor de la manguera para limpiadora permite llegar a mucha distancia. La única pega es que estirado a tope es un poco complicado de manejar pero cumple de lujo mejor de lo esperado, el poder usarlo en ángulo también da mucho juego. La eficacia y potencia de limpieza no se ve afectada a pesar de medir tantos metros, un 10.
