I bought this and I didn't realize fully at the time how essential it was for long endurance activities in the sun. I have mixed it in bottles for bike rides and stayed hydrated all day. No bonking. I have drank it the day before a race and totally felt my body fueled and hydrated. So after it was all gone I bought more.
