Life Changing!
A few years back my life hit a roadblock and everything seemed out of my control. I was struggling financially, lost a lot of friends and job and barely could get my daily routine right. When I had a near-death experience 2 months ago, I knew I had to change my life and start living it up to my real potential. Counselling and therapy were making a hole in my pockets when my neighbour suggested me this book. This book changed it all! It made me understand how mindset and discipline can make you conquer every big thing you want. It helped me induce the mindset of unbreakable habits. I recognised my strengths and weaknesses and gained mental toughness. This book first made me know myself better and work on my internally through journaling and meditation. Then it focussed on the process of goal setting and achieving them. The third step was to take control of my mind and erase overthinking and negative thoughts. Lastly, it made me gain my self-confidence, improve my body image and health and get me out of my comfort zone. Today, I can manage my emotional reactions, stress and fears. I set short and long-term goals and commit to them. Due to this book, i got out of my comfort zone and became successful.

Excellent
I had a basic grasp of the mindsets, but I wanted a way to structure my thoughts and address the character defects I had discovered. As a result, I purchased this book, which much exceeded my hopes. This book specifically explains the details I needed to know and demonstrate the rational and behavioural explanations behind the possibly contradictory mindsets and presented hundreds of illustrations of the mindsets in action. The way successful people work and live tells you what you need to think and how to achieve it to think more beautifully. Often one of the main steps and challenges in making change is to make a transition. Many of us have heard that if we change our thinking about something, it will easily change. The book deals with a variety of common ideas for success. If you want to make a fundamental change in yourself, start that change in your mind with the help of The Mindset of Unbreakable Habits book, start now. When you get used to thinking better, your life changes. This is the reason why some people are so successful. Successful people are in control of almost every single situation. Therefore, whether you are successful now or not, if you try to improve your thinking and behavioural habits carefully and consciously by improving your thoughts, you can literally reach the highest level in your field of work. I started reading this book 2 months ago and I was always thinking why I did not find this book earlier. The changes that this book made in my life is significant. I do not need to take drugs any more to sleep at night. I have control over my mind and I can point it in every direction I want. In fact, there is a right cause-and-effect relationship between what you choose to think about and how you feel about it and what you get. Because of this, if you learn the mindset of Unbreakable Habits, you will change your ways. As you improve your thinking, your sense of humour will change. As you feel better, your work style will change and you will behave differently, and eventually, you will move towards more efficiency and achievements. Changing your mindset triggers a series of reactions that will lead you to greater success and achievement.

Improve Your Mindset
One of my professors in the university recommended I read this book. He had faith in me but I was not ready to take any steps forward to be successful in my life. I was always suffering from negative thoughts in my life and had some signs of depression. Once I got a positive diagnosis for my depression, I started doing what my professor recommended to me. If you are one of those people who want to achieve fundamental changes without enough effort, this book will not help you! Remember that just reading a book does not change you, it depends on how much you try to follow the instructions in that book on a daily basis. I've had many mistakes in my life, but I'm sure that with the many practicals outlined in this book, I will turn my failures into victories. Since reading this book, I'm going to stop trying to find out the "best" step and start taking at least one little step every day toward achieving a goal or fulfilling a dream. “The Mindset of Unbreakable Habits” begins with simple sentences and the further you go, the more instructive and thoughtful the sentences and phrases are presented with brevity and conciseness while mentioning various proverbs, anecdotes and stories at different intervals of the book.This book is recommended to all those who are in the idea of a better, more dynamic and purposeful life, including those who have a managerial role in the work and life environment, and especially humble business and industry managers. The book shows you that you are not making a mistake always, but a problem with your default settings, and you will go back to who you were until you change the default settings. When you change your mind, it doesn't matter who and what you are fighting, it does not matter how big and stubborn your opponent is, it does not matter how small you are. If you are like me and want to be a successful business woman in the future I cannot recommend this book enough. Start practising the methods once you got the book and keep your faith positive. If you really wish to transform your life for the better, you must buy this book. The author does an excellent job of setting the groundwork for a healthy outlook and, most importantly, a satisfying life.
