EASY TO USE AS IT IS FLEXIBLE and does not tangle easily. it has reinforcements at both ends so should lasts a while. These pipes have a rubber inside and a tough woven outer. You can feel the thickness of the rubber pipe inside by squeezing it when there is no water in it and it feels quite thick, so I hope it lasts. My last one lasted a few years, then the rubber perished and so it leaked. It was similar to this one but not quite identical. I doubt it is as long as they claim, but it is long enough. The higher your water pressure the longer it gets because rubber stretches, BUT when you start to use it the pressure drops and the pipe shrinks and the greater the flow from your nozzle the more it shrinks in length, they will all suffer from this to some extent. It is very noticeable when you have stretched it to the max length so when you go to use it, it will pull like mad and shrink a few feet in length, hope that makes sense.

Was amazed as to how far it’s stretched, doesn’t look nearly that length until you put water in itVery light weight and goes back to normal size when empty and fits back in the back.

I only seem to get the 30 meters if I use hot water but if I use cold I can only get it to about 20 meters.

This should have been a five minute job to connect up the hose pipe but it ended up taking well over an hour as the female house connector would not attach to the male tap connector. In the end I had to loosen the brass screw to enable the for fit but in going do the spring break bearings fell out of the mechanism. It took the best part of an hour to find and replace the ball bearings averted which with the screw slightly loosened the connectors joined. This was not a good experience. Once finally connected it worked well. The lack of clear instructions including a diagram re washer's position made the task far more difficult. If the connectors had worked first time If have rated this as 4to 5 stars but as it was a 3 overall is being kind.

Similar to one i had before which unfortunately I couldn’t reorder as no longer available . Hose light and looks good quality.Nearly returned as I couldn’t understand how to use connectors to fix spray nozzle on. After looking on utube discovered you had to pull down ! Some instructions would help. Not brass fittings but i used ones i had before. Pressure from spray nozzle initially very poor. They never last and usually leak so i bought metal one. Pressure now good. So far ok. Bought one supposed to stretch to 100ft . I dont think it stretches to 100ft but ok for my small garden.

The fitting what comes with it are really rubbish really let's down what would have been a good buy

This garden hose is fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend it to potential buyers. I have had a couple of similar retractable hoses in the past but, in my opinion, this one is by far the best.It is easy to use, very flexible and yet still sturdy when fully extended. It fully retracts when not in use, and stores well on the “bracket” that is supplied with it. It looks attractive as well!
