I absolutely adore Rochelle and this book! Qoya, the book, tells the story of Rochelle's lived experience and provides numerous practical experiments on how you can also create and experience an embodied life guided by your own intuition. My favorite thing about Qoya is that it provides invitations to MOVE and remember who you really are - without all the noise of "shoulds" that come in loudly from the external world. Read this book and actually do the practices - it truly changed my life!

This book is one of my favorite books of all time. I know this is high praise, but it really is true. This book was a page-turner for me. I simply could not put it down and read it from cover to cover in a weekend.Wise, Wild & Free is her mantra and every chapter is as evocative as this phrase. We all want to feel at home in our bodies, full in our hearts and connected with the pulse of life and of love in the world and Qoya is a map for doing that.There's an Earth wisdom that is missing in the mainstream voice in our world and this book has it. She weaves indigenous South American wisdom, with Indian Yogic Wisdom, with the direct experience of the body's power through movements, and creates a rich tapestry of knowledge that I benefited from being exposed to. She has lived her life in a way that few people dare and bring us the treasures to bring to our own lives in the ways we may. I feel more committed to being wise, wild and free after reading this book.The first time I just read it through. The second time, I'm actually doing the practices she features with every chapter.Qoya is a profound book, so beautifully written by Rochelle. She transmits through the telling of her most intimate truths via the stories of her life. This book is rich powerful messages and themes. Once that was really relevant to me was her examination of what she describes as "chasing men." She's talking about a pattern I've noticed in myself and other women of over-giving of myself to a man, and going so far as to blindly give away my power to man as an unconscious barter for his approval. Rochelle addresses this topic through her own examples and it was really healing and helpful for me.Rochelle is a gift to the planet and one of the living treasures of our era.
