"Riptide" Sport Cupping set of 4 push cups in case by Wavetools Therapy ideal for dynamic cupping, two suctions strengths

The wave tool cup set is very reasonably priced and easy to use! I recently pulled them out at a BBQ and found that one person after another want to have them used on them. Myself and most of my friends are climbers with plenty of upper back issues and these are effective for elevating pain and tension held there. With a little bit of practice you can adjust the pressure applied. It just takes a little bit of oil on the area to get better suction. I'm looking forward to using them more!

These were so easy to use and really helped with the pain I was having in my shoulder.When I used them on my husband, we had to use a lot of coconut oil to get them to suction because he’s so hairy. But then they stuck really well! FYI for all you hairy people out there. Balm or lotion would work too. Highly recommend these cups!

Easy to use. Focused on ITB and rotator cuff therapy.

Have been using these a few weeks on various trouble spots, happy with the purchase. I've never self-administered cupping and I'd still prefer professional PT but these offer a nice relief when you can't get in to PT or are on the road. I like the different cup sizes and the number in the set, you can easily move them around and cover a full therapy area. Not difficult to figure out and get required suction.

I really wanted to like these and was impressed with thee story behind them. I used a little coconut oil on my skin and prepped with some light massage before use to stimulate the blood flow.Pros: great little carrying case, easy to hold cups, may be more effective if you aren’t a novice at cuppingCons: didn’t stick well at all for me when gliding, hard to hold suction, only two sizes, could do with a larger cup size for larger areas, not enough video tutorials - I could only find two.I ended up returning these and keeping the Lure set which had four different sizes and were very easy to use both with gliding (dynamic) and stationary. No cute carrying case but I prefer something that is going to help my body.

Not really user friendly for a beginner and not very supportive instructional videos

I love cupping for pain relief and this is such a great travel buddy for all the neck and back kinks from plane travel, driving, and hotel pillows. Really easy to use!

These cups are A-m-a-Z-I-N-G! They are suction cups so ues if you leave them on they will create a round suction bruise, but if you're like me the relief i get from them is well worth the round 'hicky' I get. My husband works a very physical job and he enjoies the relief he gots from them as well. If he'd used them more regularly he'd probably see more significant improvement.
