I have for years used brand name ergonomic keyboards and have the same problem of the padding disintegrating and the lettering on the keys wearing off. So, I started looking at a lighted keyboard (key issue) and something that would work for a gel wrist pad that I received as a present (I really just wanted the mouse pad). I found the MageGee as reasonably priced keyboard that had cool retro styled keys (similar to the first typewriter that I learned to type on!). I wanted a lighted keyboard, because my home office desk is a bit dark in the evening/early morning and thought this might be a good solution. I ordered the keyboard, and it arrived three days later. Standard packaging with no issues. Pulled the keyboard out and swapped old keyboard out, did not have any computer compatibility issues. It took me a bit getting used to the keys and multicolored lights. Good directions on how to change the backlight effects (just wanted something simple). I have now been using this keyboard now for about three weeks and really enjoy the feel, sound of the keys and the lighted keys! Good quality and works like it should!

This is such an awesome little keyboard. It's easy to hook up via USB to your computer. It's a plug-and-play type. It does take a second to turn on with all the lights when plugged in, but it's great. A coworker showed this to me in their office, and I had to get one. I love the feel of the keys and the sound as I type. It's not really long-nail girlie-friendly, but that is fine with me. I have no issues with shorter nails. The design is comfortable. it just needs a little gel pad for your wrists and lets me type at my normal pace with zero issues. I use it for school work and normal day-to-day computer tasks on my MacBook Pro. Im still testing out all the light functions and different settings but love that it is interective to typing and love the colors under the keys.

The MageGee Typewriter Mechanical Keyboard is a fun mix of vintage charm and modern RGB flair. I really like this keyboard! It has the satisfying click keys, lights up, and is pink! Even the cord is pink! I have been using it daily and it’s holding up great! The only thing that I don’t like is the keyboard resetting. If you unplug the keyboard and plug it back in, it automatically goes back to the original light setting. It’s not hard to turn it off, but it’s just something to note.

Beautiful keyboard with clicky sounds! It’s a standard-sized option with a number pad and the Sakura pink option goes well with other items that have a similar color. The only downsides are that it connects only via wire and that the metal coating on the keys wears out over time. That being said, she can handle long-term use and continues to work well even several years after purchase.

I got this as a replacement for my laptop keyboard and I am so happy that I did. If you like the sound of a clicky mechanical keyboard for a decent price, This keyboard is my go to from now on. The design is sleek, colorful and the sound quality is amazing. (This would make a good ASMR keyboard as well!) This keyboard has the multi-function of being a gaming keyboard as well as one for everyday use. The keys are smooth and very responsive even when it comes down to fast paced gaming. The lights also change as you type, making a beautiful light show with each key stroke. I've used this in 7 days, Beast of Bermudia as well as some other fast paced games and it keeps up stunningly. 10/10 would get again!

I bought this keyboard a little over a year ago and I was very happy with it. It looked great with my all white PC build and the price was reasonable. But after a few months of use I noticed the silver plastic rings around a couple of the keys had cracked and broken. I was mildly disappointed at the time, but I didn't think it was too big of a deal as I can place the silver ring back around the key and it will stay in place for the most part. As time went forward the keyboard developed a problem that I can't live with. Every time I use the "T" key, it ghost types "TU". The "5" key types out "57". "G" gives me "GJ", while the "V" key types "VN". These seem to be the only keys effected by the "ghost typing" but it's very irritating to have to edit every thing I type. I'm not rough with my things and like to keep them in good condition. I think I just got a bad keyboard. The other reviews are pretty positive which is part of the reason I chose this keyboard for my build. Hopefully Magegee will honor a warranty replacement for my keyboard, and if they do, I'll certainly change my review from 2 to 4 stars. I can't give it a 5 star review just because of the issues it has. Update: MageGee did not honor a replacement. Avoid this one and probably any identical keyboard branded under a different name, as I'm not the only one who has had problems with them.

I have bought 3 of these from 2 vendors for myself the people in my office. I was pleased with every except it not being RGB where I could control the color, but it was no big deal. The keyboards seem to function well at first. The second keyboard lasted about 2.5 months and the person stopped using it saying that it was glitching. I assumed it was user error so I stored it and thought nothing of it. The first one lasted about 6 months. As I tried to sign in to another computer in my office I got locked out of my account due to failed password attempts. I knew I was pressing the right keys for the password after checking the password I noticed the some keys I pressed added a different character along with the one pressed (like when pressing the 1 key I would get [1=] or pressing the A key I would get [a']) I later concluded that all keys one the left side would also add a character from the right side and vice versa. It was definitely malfunctioning but I felt it was just a one bad keyboard. After pulling the second purchased back out . I let some one else use it and it was retuned due to malfunctioning. The one I was using was my 3rd purchase. It lasted almost a year with no issues until I tried to sign in to my account and failed a few time and I checked and found a similar issue to the 1st one, but the characters weren't the some and it was not the same keys (like pressing E and T keys I would get[ep] and [tp] pressing 1 would get [1+]). I enjoyed the keys and the function of the light and was always getting compliments on the keyboard, but the malfunctions made them unusable. I had a 5 star experience with them unit the issue. The was nothing wrong with the keyboard I was using before for years I only changed because I saw the keyboard and thought it was cool and be nice to have, and it was, until...

Muito lindo, veio vem embalado. Demorou mais ou menos um mês pra chegar, eu estava com um pouco de medo por conta da taxa de importação mas o vendedor foi bem atencioso. Quando o pacote chegou aqui no Brazil, questionei pois ele foi taxado, mas o vendedor me garantiu que arcaria com essas taxas como diz no anúncio. Me explicou que demoraria mais um pouco pra chegar devido a localização dele, então eu teria a opção de pagar pela taxa e ele me reembolsar, e para acelerar o processo foi isso que fiz. Fui reembolsada de acordo e recebi o pacote bem mais rápido do que o previsto. Amei muitoooo. Obrigada!!! Só um adendo, o teclado é em inglês então o posicionamento das teclas é diferente, como por exemplo, a tecla ç não existe, mas apesar disso, se vc não se incomoda, é um produto maravilhoso.

Creí que las teclas necesitarían más presión, pero es tan sensible como un teclado de laptop. Se ve de muy buena calidad, llevo un mes usándolo y me gusta mucho. Eso si, es pesado.

For the price it's very good, makes good sound and had a ton of light settings. Wish the keys were a tiny bit better in quality but it's not bad to the point I wouldn't a second time. Really happy with it and would say to buy it if you're still thinking about it.

軸を使用したキーボードは高さがある？ 普通のキーボードから見たら ・高さがある ・キーの隙間で誤タイプの連発。 逆に考えれば ・正確なタイピング練習になる。かな？ まあ、￥5,000で済んでヨカッタです。 そういう意味では、とても評価出来ます。
