The tub is not full to the brim when opened, why is that?

This is completely normal and is to do with the way the powder is vacuum packed into the tub. The powder settles over time. This does not impact the weight or number of servings listed on the label.

Are the ingredients tested and safe?

All of the ingredients in our products have been approved and considered safe for consumption by the European Food Safety Authority.
