Had a really good workout and a even better pump definitely felt the beta alanine tingles absolutely loved it during my workout felt stronger than usual HOWEVER the serving size is confusing on the picture advertised on Amazon it says 1scoop = 1 serving on the other hand on the label back of the tub it states 3scoops = 1serving so which is if, I hadd just the one scoop to be safe than sorry as I allready suffer with anxiety and felt that 1 and a half scoops was enough for me.

Have been using another pre-workout for the past two months. Came back to BSN and wow what a difference, such a good buzz for the gym. Sour cherry "red rush" isn't too bad to be honest, it's not overly sweet, miss fruit punch, but would like to try another flavour next time.

Old one was better but still does the job. Would go for another brand now

Decent pump, no crash for me

This made me very ill. I have previously used this product with good results so decided to buy it again recently. I noticed on first use that the product don’t give me a noticeable boost or the usual tingling effect. Then next day I had to leave work early due to agonising stomach pains which I didn’t initially link to the product. I used the product a week later and the next day once again my stomach felt horrendous and two days after it’s still not right. This is clearly a fake product as it didn’t even give me the usual boost it does. Very concerned as to what I’ve actually consumed twice now.

Después de probarlo para mí entrenamiento de hoy 1h de series de 1500m puedo decir que funciona muy bien, da un extra pero sin llegar a ser una bomba cosa buena para practicar carrera ya que el efecto es sostenido. Estoy acostumbrado a usar preentrenos y este no me ha decepcionado. Repito , no esperéis una bomba pero si una buena fuente de energía para sacar entrenamientos de calidad
