Can this be used as a lotion?

YES! Great as a drink AND as a topical.

What are all its ingrediaints? Any acid for food perservitives?

I believe it is pure aloe. Nothing artificial. and, it tastes like water - no gross flavor. I drink it to heal my intestines when I have a flare-up. It soothes and heals. You could start with the small bottle just to see if it will help you.

Is this a gel or is it more liquidy?

Liquid I use it in a spray bottle.

Is it normal to see little things floating around in and unopened bottle?

My bottle was clear liquid. It looked like water and tasted like water. If you see things floating around in the bottle I would send it back. I definitely wouldn't drink or use it.
