The item arrived quickly and in good condition.I put a timer on for 15 mins, I activated the pouch and the coldness lasted well over 15 mins as I type this it has been 20 mins of coldness.Ladies if you are currently going through hot flashes this is a must have, put some in your purse, keep some on the night stand and use it during a flare up.You can use these to help settle down a headache or relieve an inflamed joint.Pack some and take with you on your hike, jog, or vacation.I am curious as to whether or not it will freeze if I place the pouch in the freezer once it stops being cold, I’ll update the review with the results of that, I believe in recycling so if I can freeze this it would be the gift that keeps on giving.Update it will not freeze however it will get cold in the freezer.

These are so well made and easy to use. They stay cooler longer than 20 minutes .I bought these for my grandkids and their sports. But then I had a great idea.! I was going to Vegas and it was going to be 108. I thought well even with an umbrella and if the water is cool it’s still unbearable. I put them behind my neck! I had people asking me where I got them and what a great idea! I put them in my bag to keep my phone from overheating while I was at the pool worked like a charm! Win all the way around and now this is gonna be my new Vegas and Florida comfort!

A fantastic portable ice pack allows quick relief from pain wherever you are. The size is good - allowing you to put it on nearly any body part or injury while controlling it with your hand. Also, unlike many other ice packs on Amazon, this one is easy to use - it does not require much force to break open. My only comment is on the length of time the product is cold. In my experience, it stays cold for about 5 minutes and then gradually warms up. Shaking it helps prolong the temperature, but that requires removing the pack from the affected area, decreasing the effectiveness. Otherwise - a great purchase and one I would recommend to others

I'm prone to panic attacks when I'm out and about or in a large crowd, and feeling hot only amplifies them. These have been a lifesaver! I keep one in my purse and a few in my car. I can break one out whenever I start to feel anxious and put it on the back of my neck or my chest. The pack only stays cold for about 5 minutes, 10 at best, but it's long enough for me to have a little reset so I can continue with my day.

These are VERY HARD to activate. I tried everything and finally got 1 open. I’m contemplating returning them because of this. On a positive note, once I DID get it activated, it was very cold very quickly and seemed to last a good 15 minutes.

Repurchased multiple times. Not worried about leaking or breaking.

I keep these in the back of my car. They are great when we are at sporting events and someone gets hurt but I use them more often for spontaneous sushi emergencies. Our nearest sushi place is an hour away from our house. Most of the time, we plan ahead and pack ice packs so that we can order sushi on the way home and take it home and eat it. But one day, I was running errands alone. My daughter called as asked if I could bring home sushi. It was August and 100 degrees outside. Since I hadn't planned for it, I told her she was out of luck. But then I remembered the instant ice packs. I also keep an insulated bag in the back of my car. I activated a couple of packs and placed our sushi order. By the time it was ready my bag was cool and ready for the trip home.
