This is very nice wood toy with many different items to play with. I like the idea that pieces are big enough for 2 year old toddler to improve his motor skill. Over all well make chu chu train.

We were looking for some expansions to our Brio train set that has been passed down - classic wood, great quality. This fits the bill and adds some fun elements. The wooden tracks are almost perfect quality - one was rough/unsanded which was odd, but easy enough to fix. The other elements are plastic, but integrate well, and spark a lot of imagination and curiosity. We especially loved the two track sections with pressure-activated jungle sounds. Super cute! Do be careful with the auto-run train car - while it is great for running through the course, we did have a few pinched fingers, but I think that would be the case with any auto-run car, so it doesn't affect my rating.

This was fairly simple to put together even though it had a ton of pieces. The wooden track just doesn’t stay together very well. Even the slightest bump form my toddler and the whole track will fall apart. She really loves this set though and the automatic car is fun to watch even if it gets stuck in a few places on the tack. Was a bummer the actual train wasn’t automatic, just the safari car. Also there’s a native character painted red…. Little problematic for 2021. Overall we are happy because our toddler is happy, but we probably could’ve picked a different set

This train set is cute and interesting. The brown railways make animal sounds as a jungle theme. The grey supporters are not stable and easily to falling. My son likes the slide tower and animals. It’s work well together with brio and Thomas trains. However, I’m disappointed with battery operated train is broken since day one.

My daughter really loves it, she played it for hours right after we opened it. She particularly likes the two plastic bridges when the train drives over them they make different sounds... Cute set overall. Quality is quite nice too.
