I bought the product as 90 capsules according to what was written, but unfortunately we only received 45 capsules. Why?

Description says 90 count but only received 3 tins of 15 count each. This is half the number of tablets expected.

I used to swear by these digestive enzymes and recommended them to everyone. The original formula worked incredibly well. One capsule was all I needed, and it consistently helped with digestion, bloating, and discomfort. Unfortunately, ever since Zenwise changed the formula, the product has gone downhill. Now they recommend taking two capsules, but even taking two doesn’t come close to how effective a single capsule from the old formula was. It feels significantly weaker, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in performance. As a customer, it’s incredibly frustrating. It honestly feels like more and more companies are changing formulas or reducing effectiveness so customers have to use more product and buy replacements sooner. I can’t say that’s what happened here, but that’s certainly how this experience comes across. I understand inflation has increased costs for everyone, but companies shouldn’t leave loyal customers feeling like they’re getting less value while being expected to purchase more. It’s really disappointing when a company changes a product that already worked so well. The original formula earned my loyalty, but this new version has completely lost my confidence. I won’t be purchasing again unless they bring back the original formula.

Sometimes I can be so dense! I didn't know there was an "all in one" pill that contains everything I need for my gut. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2013 and my body hasn't been the same since. Both good and bad. The bad of course is that my body rejects or doesn't absorb a lot of healthy needful things such as Iron and B12. This last year has been super bad for me. It doesn't seem to matter what I eat and I'm talking from chocolate donuts to a cup of Greek yogurt with blueberries. I miss regular milk a lot! In the last 2 months I've gone downhill pretty quickly. My doctor wanted a blood panel before our appointment and when the results came back she totally flipped out (had to have been there to see it) my liver enzymes were off the chart. So I've been on a mission to completely change my diet and start from scratch. In the starting over I recalled that Ginger and Fennel is very good for the gut and alleviates gas. It's a bonus this little capsule has BOTH a prebiotic AND probiotic! Along with some other useful digestive aids such as Peppermint. Now that you know my life story I absolutely highly recommend this magic gem to anyone who doesn't digest regular food like a chicken breast and broccoli NOT those super tasty, lick your chops, 7-11 Chocolate cake donuts with chocolate icing. Altho' this may also help you get it out the other end if you know what I mean! Good luck!!
