What’s the difference between the rx and cx and regular skeleton?

In addition to the blade differences mentioned by B.P.H., the CX includes a carbon fiber insert for rigidity and lightness, compared to the aluminum insert on the other two. I've carried the CX for over 10 years, and had the standard version for about 1 week. The quality of the steel for the blade makes a huge difference (i.e., 420HC doesn't hold an edge nearly as well.)

is that a merlin spike next to the bit storage?

The tool opposite from carabiner is a two sided. One end is a slotted screwdriver bit and the other is a carbide tipped glass breaking tool. Used for breaking car windows for emergency extraction. Hope this helps. I keep one in the car glove compartment.

To the best of my knowledge, this item is made in the USA. (Very few Leatherman tools are made in China.)

Is the Length 3.2inches? It seems like it would be bigger from the video.

The closed length is 4 inches and the blade length is 2.6 inches.
