This is a great sewing machine for beginners. I purchased this machine because I was tired of paying cleaners $37 just to hem a dress. I came home, got on the Amazon website, and immediately purchased this Brother machine. It arrived super fast and was easy to set up. You can also visit YouTube to view the tutorial video if you need additional support. Brother is a trusted brand. I have had their printer for years without any issue. Purchase a brand you can trust.

I had heard you needed some crazy industrial machine with huge needles to sew some simple vinyl cushions and that ended up not being true. I've broken the included needles once or twice sewing across zippers (maybe too fast), but on the vinyl itself it operates as if you were sewing thin cotton. Effortlessly. The manual shows you should set the spindle on the tiny little loose spinning white nipple on top. More than once this has lead to me getting a little slack in the thread and it wrapping around the nipple at the base instead of the spool and snapped. I've been putting the thread on the larger white piece sticking up that you use to wind your bobbin and haven't had any issues. Seems to work better that way. I'm just starting out but I've broken my thread way more times than I expected with the hour or so put into this machine. That's probably on me more than the machine but I'll update later if I think it deserves 5 stars.

Sewing machine was not sewing anything and purchased and company takes forever to send your refund ! Highly don’t recommend

I really love this machine! I was due for a replacement machine a while ago and this one was such an upgrade from my old one. It was used/refurbished but it works smoothly, I haven’t run into any issues with it.

Me gusto la maquina y las instrucciones están claras Al repartidor se le cayó la máquina pero ya la revise y no le paso nada fue de poca altura .

Ya la utilizé y la verdad responde muy bien conforme a su función ,casi no hace ruido,muy práctica liviana ....me la entregaron hace como dos horas y ya le estrené....de momento estoy agusto con ella. Seguiré haciendo otros trabajos con esta maquinita chiquita bonita. Grácias

La máquina en si se ve bien, el problema es que después de probarla una semana notaba que enredaba el hilo de atrás.. pensé que era una cuestión de mala configuración pero no, tenía como algún defecto o que se yo por qué nunca cocio derecho.
