I have used the product on the face for more than a decade. About the pH I'd have no idea; writing the company may be the only source of that info.

You can use it with caution for babies, it is homepathic cream so it is generally safe but it is best to consult with your pediatrician for best advise. Thank you.

ingredients are: caprylyl glycol, carbomer, cetyl palmitate, EDTA disodium, glycerin, lauroyl macrogolglycerides, pegoxol-7 stearate, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbic acid, and 1,2-hexanediol. or you could call 1-800-264-7661 (the company) if you need to define these ingredients. oh, the most active one is Calendula officinalis 1X HPUS - 10%.
