Q: Is the protection plan worth it?

I didn’t realize there was a protection plan when I ordered my chair. I wouldn’t have purchased it as the chair is in a guest room where it isn’t used much.

Q: Is the seat cushion upholstered on both sides?

It is not upholstered on the underneath but has a Velcro strip to keep the cushion from slipping which has not been a problem. The chair works very well for our purposes....guest room.
