This tape works really well. I’m 38 E and it didn’t budge for 15 hrs while at a wedding. However please be careful. Taking it off was a nightmare and I have take skin off in places and the removal has bruised me in other places as well. I’m very sore now but it definitely keeps you in place!

Arrives as sports tape... Unimpressed on first impressions BUT after sticking with it and applying as per 'push up tapes' methods, held up all night... Stupidly I fell asleep wearing it and the peel off the next day was horrendous, leaving a couple of blisters and taking some skin with it. But I think that was probably my fault for wearing it for around 15 hours. Still have one roll left and will be using again. I used approx. 2.5metres for one wear, must be patient with application and you'll soon be supported!
