First, your own health. Saw experts talking that LED's emit only a small slice of the spectrum. That's largely why they're so efficient. That is not good for you. The old incadescents were much healthier for you. A regular 11W LED emits 800 to 1500 lumens. Am sure that depends on the quality and price of the bulb. Also that is a small slice of the entire spectrum. These cover the broad spectrum well. So they emit lower lumens at 1000. Good trade off. I still have some Compact Flourescent Bulbs. Researching myself revealed that these can have spikes and dips in the spectrum. They won't specify. They were careful with the full spectrum grow LED's. They smoothly cover the entire usable spectrum. Everything but LED's has been outlawed. If you got em. Use em. Can't replace the old anymore. Someone very knowledgeable said the light coming through my windows probably won't be enough for my ferns. I can see especially during winter. I have three fancy grow lights on three ferns in my house. Two fixtures to each plant. Can adjust them around. The bulbs are guaranteed for life. I bought these for two reasons. One being my own health. Other, filling in behind the plants. I know it won't be much. But at least any light they get will be full spectrum. I put four bulbs in four lamps in my main living area. I have the lights on in this part of the house alot. I can use the others where I don't use the lights alot. I like the light from these warm white bulbs alot. I'm seriously considering buying more of them. One reason, for the basement where I spend considerable time exercising (my own gym), meditation, and yoga. Besides, the basement is where heaven is during the summer. (grin) Second reason is to have some of these on hand. I've read about the burnt out bulbs. I think the price is worth the gamble of eating a bulb or two.

I’ve def noticed growth on my pilea since using this bulb! It’s a nice warm color which I love better than the bright white. I’ll def order more!

I put these in all my lamps because I have plants under every lamp. These bulbs fit in standard lamps. They’re much cheaper than separate grow lights. I use them every day and it took several years for the first one to burn out.

I’m a little bit disappointed with the results, I bought them for my carnivorous plants that I keep inside due to the Texas incredible hot summer, while they do motivate new growth, it’s not enough for the leaves of my carnivorous to develop, and they kinda start drying mid growth.

Kept my plants alive through winter. It is a little bright on the eyes but not too bad.

These lights are great. I have them on timers for inside plants that cannot take the outside heat and Sun. I did also use outside at night for some of my other plants.. Look how vibrant this plant has grown under these light four hours a day.

They are a nice color but the light burned out in 4 months.

I have many indoor plants, and these grow bulbs in freestanding floor lamps are just what I need to keep them happily thriving throughout the year. These bulbs allow me to adjust just how much light they’re getting. I’m able to move them in and out of direct light depending on their needs. The bulbs provide plenty of “sun” and have lasted for a long time. When my first bulb began to dim, I changed it out for another. More than a year later, I experienced it again with the second bulb. I replaced it once again with the first bulb, and to my delight, that first bulb shone brightly once again. I’ll continue to cycle through these as long as they’re getting the job done. I plan to reorder them when the time comes. They have been a good value. Give these grow lights a try!

I don't have an overhead light so the bulb is in a side light and it does still appear to be helping - especially as the area the plants are in is very low light.

The product was exactly as described and works well, just like any light bulb. When you walk into the room, it looks like a normal brightness but if you look at the light, it is similar to looking up at the sky. 10/10 in my books. As for Intelcom delivery though, that is a 0/10 as the package arrived damaged (the box inside the Amazon envelope was damaged) and the packaged was delivered 6 hours later than expected delivery when everyone was asleep. They also did not follow delivery instructions. In conclusion, great product but terrible last mile delivery service (which is at no fault to the vendor/manufacturer). In the future, I will find a local vendor instead to avoid the piss poor delivery services. The five stars are for the vendor, not delivery.

The product quality is unacceptable. The bulb lasted only 5 minutes before it failed with a loud bang. Moreover, the other bulb assembly is poor, the misaligned seam clearly suggests that the bulb has likely exploded from the inside. This is not what I expected, given the price and the reviews for the product.
