Coffee brewed with this dripper has a very consistent flavor.

It is a great pour over system. Yes, it all glass, but also solid. I use it everyday, along with my other coffee systems. I do the gooseneck pour over in the direction of the tornado. Stays cool to the touch and I use 92 degree C water because of the high altitude in Bogota, Colombia. Easy to clean, I use it with 1 of my 3 Brewista pots per day. I also appreciate the stand, because pulling the tornado before the last bitter drops this stand holds all of it. I am a big fan of Brewista products and plan to use them in my coffee shop.

Received the first one with a crack on the bottom rim. Request a replacement from Amazon. The replacement also have a crack, at the top rim this time. In both deliveries the shipping boxes and original product boxes were intact when delivered. I suspect they were cracked while packing into the product box or during storage in the warehouse, before packing into the shipping box. I would suggest stronger protective bubble wrap inside the product box, which will make the box bigger and also more expensive to make? Despite the crack I tried make coffee with the first dripper I received. I do like the dripper in its appearance, good flow rate and reasonable flavored coffee. Though I doubt the double glass has any thing to do with the flavor. The time the hot water spent on the dripper before filtering down to the mug will be too short to make any difference, evne when the water get cold down by a few degrees in winter. I tried a double glass mug to receive the coffee which keep the coffee warm during the dripping. Will order some other brand dripper since a replacement will likely be cracked again. No stronger glass with reasonable cost to make this dripper?

La abrimos y luce genial, pero llegó estrellado (parece un golpe) por dentro del cono. Decidimos devolverlo y pedir otro que llegue en mejor estado. Deberían mandarlo con mayor protección.
