As far as I know, this is not compatible with Windows 10.

Will this work to scan X-rays?

It would depend on the size of the physical Xray. Smaller X-rays, that could fit in the Negative tray or the Slide tray, would scan. Larger media that would fit in the picture scan area, are are unlikely to produce acceptable images.

Will it work with a MAC computer?
