My husband wanted to change his smartphone so we did a decent market research and picked this one. Previously, he wanted the S21 ultra, but some reviews showed that we should buy the S20 FE as some things were removed from the S21 that were useful to consumers. We got this phone for a really good price as Amazon cut the price off by over £ 100 on it. We were a bit afraid to buy £ 100 cheaper for a fake, but no, we got the original Samsung Galaxy s20 FE 5G sealed and brand new. The phone is beautiful, it works well, the screen is amazing and the front and back cameras ensure the picture quality down to the last detail. Amazing smartphone. We love it.

Bettery issue charging not longer more 5 hours

Like everything about this phone, Use it for music, reading, audio and video apps, navigation and a fair few apps besides. Can't fault it. Great display, very fast and excellent software. The only thing that I am not bothered about is cameras as I only use them as a means to an end. So can't comment on them. Battery life is about 1.5 days, again excellent.

In standard colour setting whites look yellow and creamy and colour tone can't be adjusted. It's impossible to get a white looking white. You need to put on vivid colour and set it to " cool". That's better but even then whites are not really white and look creamy/ off white and the colours look overblown, especially reds, yellows and greens. This phone also doesn't have a 3.5mm headphone jack so if you like listening to good quality music you are relying on the Bluetooth codecs. No 3.5 mm jack is a staggering omission on a fans edition phone. Unfortunately I have discovered after purchase that this phone does not support Aptx HD meaning if you want to listen to music you have to use lower res codecs which don't sound as good and can leave music sounding compressed. You also need to know what codecs the phone supports so you can buy headphones which support the same ones and so you can get quality audio. Samsung seem to not know this, or care. Motorola or Oneplus can tell you what their phones support and did so quickly as they recognise if you're serious about music that it's important. Samsung support was awful. It took time and effort to find out what Codecs it supported and Samsung support was nothing short of woeful. It also has a fair amount of bloatware. Not the worst I've seen but a lot more than Motorola. Its a well made good looking phone but the wireless audio support is not what you would expect for a good phone never mind one at this price point. I originally gave it 3 stars but I think that was more Samsung themselves being poor rather than the phone so I have revised it to 4. I would think carefully though if you want this for wireless music and you value accurate colours.
