They definitely work. Ive taken ashwa for several years on and off (as needed) so I have something to compare them to. I work at an Airport so obviously I can't do drugs but these are as close as I can get. I only take them 1 hour before bed. After 10 minutes you'll feel it. You aren't a zombie, but you'll be more focused. For someone like me with ADHD this keeps me calm and focused after taking them consistently for 1 week.

I'm not a huge fan of the flavor, my husband likes the flavor though so it's subjective, but it definitely works. I normally take an adaptogen powder mix, but sometimes don't have time and need something I can just pop in my mouth and go. These help me just as much as my normal adaptogen blend. Ashwaghanda itself has been a game changer for my anxiety and this is no different. The only effect I don't like from ashwaghanda is that it can raise your testosterone and as someone with PCOS that's a concern, I've been doing fine though counter acting the effect by taking spearmint. Overall, this is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone!

Is a very good product and meets expectations as advertised.

I knew I wanted to return to using the Ashwagandha gummies that I had used before as I felt it did lower my stress around bedtime/had some positive impact on my cortisol levels. I went on Amazon to get the same ones I had loved previously and Amazon indicated that I had purchased this product 11 times prior (I have used it on and off for years). Unfortunately, this was a bit of false advertising. The original version that I had actually bought was NOT this product. The original was not sugar free but it did taste great and helped me sustain the habit of taking it. This version is sugar free and tastes like a fake banana flavor that has gone a bit sour? A strong aftertaste. I gave it 3 stars because it does seem effective (helped me even after just 3 nights get a bit better sleep) and the texture is fine but the taste means I will NOT be repurchasing. There are other ashwagandha gummies out there with much better flavors that I would have gone for if I had understood that I had NOT bought this version before. p.s. I could not find the original version of this gummy on Amazon
