Newport Amber Window Film Accent

Q: For those of you who have this, do you think it would help birds not fly into a window?

I put it on my sliding glass door so *I* don't fly into the glass door... But I would think it would work for birds, too. Another thought, if this is possible, I put bird feeders out on some of my windows (attached with suction cups) rather than trying to keep them away. Not sure if this would work for you, but if you're trying to keep birds from flying into your window, I'm sure this would work just fine :)

Q: How would i know if it fits my window?

The actual medallion middle part is 10x10 inches and can be used alone if your window is small. The corner pieces add a few inches and look better if they are not put right next to the medallion.

Q: thinking about putting this on a front door but need privacy. can this be applied over a simple privacy film? has anyone tried this?

I have film on the door I used it on. It works fine. Been there about a year. Hope this helps.

Q: How does the visual effect change from outside to inside? Faded on one side?

When it is dark out it is like a dark gray when it is daytime it is see-through with a little bit of off-white. Very very pretty. I chose this on every sliding glass door I have rather than tropical scenes this is very easy to apply and remove
