MRM Relax-All Sleep Dietary Supplement - for Women & Men - 30 Servings

I was nervous to try a sleep aid - you never know with these things. This one really worked. I was relaxed and sleeping in about an hour after taking. I started with only 1 capsule - not the recommended 2. I did have a hard time waking up, but the feeling went away quickly. No other "side effects" that I noticed. I took it for 2 days and on the third day I did not, and fell asleep without taking a capsule. Will use when I need it. It works well. Definitely recommend.

This product really helps me to get a good nights sleep

I do 4 caps at night, and I do get relaxed to insure a good nights sleep. Be careful to follow the instructions of not taking more than 5 days in a row. After the 5 th day , I use another sleep aid product for a few days, and then go back to this one. I've tried a lot of sleep aids, and after so many trials, this really works for me! It is a little pricey, if one uses 4 caps a night, I go through 2 bottles a month. But it's better than having insomina.

Great Product, it really helps, its a blend and it has 5mg Melatonin per capsule.NOTE: you have to take it 30 mins prior the hour of sleep and turn off any screen to relax.

I like this product and feel it is working well for me. However, in my last order I had empty capsules. Since I was not sure how many I had actually already used I was not able to know if I was shorted the number of filled capsules or if if these were just extras. It makes me concerned now about the quality control of the product. I will be checking my next order to see what is in it from the beginning.

Im an herbalist by profession (for horses and dogs) and I drink a lot of relaxing teas but have never gotten into making my own capsules as "pill fillers" are a pain to use. Ive used other relaxing products like this when I want to just take a pill and go to bed...as my days are long and tiring and my back lets me know Ive overdone it on a regular basis!The reason I like this blend in particular is that while I have taken other blends that are effective, this one doesnt give me hot flashes (dont need more of those!) nor does it gives me the "burps" as some do.Have to give my daughter credit, she found these first and highly recommended them! I pair them with calcium/magnesium/zinc for a good relaxing nights sleep especially when I am dealing with very sore muscles and a cranky back.
