Is the velcro band thick at the back of your head when sleeping?

It is wide at the back but not thick. I have a real ‘princess & the pea’ problem & the plastic size gauge on regular masks dug in & were uncomfortable. This is so soft & not thick at all. I highly recommend it. It’s the most comfortable eye mask I’ve ever had.

Adjustebility for the nose, which I am very interested in, is only mentioned in late reviews, not any recent ones. Does mask in 2023 have this?

The mask doesn't have a adjustable area however the material covers a large part of the nose area blocking out all light.

Does it cover your ears fully to block sound?

Depending on how you align the mask, yes it covers your ears. It totally blocks light and can mask sound, it is super soft and comfortable. Best black out mask I've ever had and wouldn't be without it. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for and this is 100% silk, so doesn't make your skin sweat. Best mask and worth the investment!

Does it come with a pouch or not? Some review mention pouch, others say it doesnt have one. The description doesnt mention the pouch as well

Difficult to answer. I bought one about over a year ago and it did come with a pouch. I just bought a new one (because I loved it so much and wanted a different colour) and it didn’t come with a pouch. So it might be a roll the dice situation. Both were of the same quality
