Worst induction and extremely poor customer service!
This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The induction broke down within just one month of use, and I had to get it repaired. Unfortunately, the problem happened again after around 10 months. What is even more frustrating is the terrible after-sales service. When I contacted customer support, they repeatedly gave me the contact number of the same person, even after I clearly explained that he was not reachable. When he does answer the call, he keeps giving excuses such as “I can’t come today” and never actually resolves the issue. It has now been more than a week, and despite repeatedly contacting customer service, no one has contacted me or provided any proper assistance. A product breaking down repeatedly is already disappointing, but the complete lack of accountability and support makes the experience even worse. I would strongly recommend avoiding this induction and this brand if you expect reliable quality and after-sales service.

Good unit so far.
Been using this for a month. It works well so far. Quickly boils water (that's all I use this). It does take up counter space, but not a lot. Has a nice long cord.
