Exactly as advertised
it works, its sticky and seems to have good thermal conductivity. Ive used this for heatsinks and LED strip lights. No complaints.

Probably better for larger heat sinks
There are reviews and discussions about this tape online. It’s suitable for spreading heat over a larger surface area to a heat-sink. The fact it has double-sides adhesives is fantastic.It’s not a substitute for a TIM on low surface area, high heat output components comprising CPUs or GPUs. Stick to thick thermal paste or a phase-change material in this context.

Good product- Works properly
Used it to attach heat sinks in a laser engraver and add heat sinks to grow lights. Worked well for both applications. Initial tack is only ok but after a day or two it sticks well. The lower initial tack allows easy repositioning of heat sinks transfers heat properly.

Great for small heatsinks
I've used this tape for a variety of applications, from VGA RAM on graphics cards for the Kraken G12, to the stepper motors on my Ender 3. It is very sticky and conducts the heat well.
